Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position, for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative support, manage schedules, organize documentation, handle email correspondence, and assist with project coordination. Additionally, this role may involve communicating with clients, coordinating with internal teams, performing data entry tasks, and offering general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Near-native English proficiency required
• Strong organizational skills, including task management, scheduling, and documentation
• Proficiency in email communication, data entry, and administrative support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience in customer service or administrative support is an asset
