Key Responsibilities Client & Tenant Liaison – Communicate with clients and tenants promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Tenancy & Participant Management – Assist with lease agreements, tenant/participant communications, and maintaining accurate and well-organised records. Administration & Diary Management – Manage email inboxes, prepare documents, schedule appointments, and coordinate team calendars. Bookkeeping Support – Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
