Main responsibilities: Accountable for System Assurance team production Responsible for development and implementation of SEA department policies inside System Assurance team Managing of System Assurance team resources, budget planning Coordinates System Assurance Processes with all entities involved, internal and external Ensures the implementation of System Assurance Processes: RAMS Management Interoperability Management AsBo/NoBo/DeBo Certification Management System Approval management System Integration Management (SEA contribution) Ensure timely delivery of System Assurance deliverables by the System Assurance Team Provides adequate support to CTO technical departments Management of the System Assurance team: Create a motivating work environment and an open communication culture Define clear team goals, objectives and deadlines Monitor team performance To provide support to team members in solving the assigned tasks Consider feedback from team members, resolve problems or conflicts Represent Head of SEA Department for System Assurance matters at meetings with external stakeholders To be involved as System Assurance technical expert in the processes of design and deployment of relevant railways systems such as Energy, Command and Control System, Infrastructure, etc., with full involvement on project processes with the different expert Engineers and relevant third parties What do we expect? Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree or experience Demonstrable experience in Project Management and Team Management, with use of task management and reporting tools or processes Demonstrable experience in definition and implementation of System Assurance processes for railway systems and projects Knowledge and experience in railway systems certification according to CSM and Interoperability EU directives and regulations Knowledge about the APIS process for railway systems in the Baltics (preferable) Ability to lead, plan and deliver in coordination with numerous stakeholders and under pressure Advanced communication skills, with ability to adapt and synthetize the message depending on the level of the audience Decision-making skills Fluent in written and spoken English. The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies. Workplace : Vilnius AB „LTG Infra“ is a part of the "Lietuvos geležinkeliai" Group, whose main activities are the management, use and disposal of railway infrastructure under the right of entrustment and the performance of the functions of a public railway infrastructure manager. One of our main focus areas of our activities is "Rail Baltica", the largest rail infrastructure project in the history of the Baltic States, which will connect Lithuania and the Baltic States to Western Europe by a railway.
