Vietnam Sales Manager
Location: Vietnam (Remote / Home-based, with business travel as required)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the company's products and solutions in the Vietnam market, achieving annual sales targets.
2. Independently identify and develop new customers, including distributors, system integrators, OEMs, and end users.
3. Manage the entire sales process, including customer inquiries, quotations, commercial negotiations, contract signing, and order execution.
4. Coordinate internal resources such as R&D, technical support, production, and logistics teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, driving long-term partnerships and repeat business.
6. Conduct market research and collect information on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing actionable feedback to management.
7. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, online marketing activities, and customer visits to expand market presence.
8. Perform other overseas business development and sales-related tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Electronics Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in the Vietnam market.
3. Proficiency in English for business communication; Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
4. Familiarity with international trade processes, including inquiries, quotations, contracts, payment terms, logistics, customs clearance, and export/import procedures.
5. Strong business development, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
6. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
7. Prior sales experience in Industrial Equipment, Telecommunications Equipment, IoT Solutions, Automation, Energy, or related industries is highly preferred.
8. Demonstrates strong professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
