You’ll work across brands like The Conqueror Challenges (including iconic licensed IP collaborations like The Lord of the Rings ), Enroush, Karu, She Moves, and other emerging global brands creating performance ads, UGC-native content, and brand storytelling videos that drive growth. If you love high-velocity execution, creative testing, and shipping work that gets seen at scale you’ll fit right in. 🎯 What you’ll do You’ll create and edit video content that powers our marketing campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands. Here is how some of the key responsibilities look like: Edit and assemble video footage into paid social ads (Meta/TikTok/YouTube Shorts) that meet requirements and creative briefs. Create multiple versions of winning concepts (hooks, pacing, openings, captions, cutdowns) Work with raw UGC footage, product shots, brand assets, and creative briefs Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, designers, copywriters, and performance team to understand the marketing needs and develop video concepts that meet those needs. Develop story-driven creatives that highlight product benefits, transformation stories, and clear value props. Utilise knowledge of visual storytelling techniques and sound design to enhance the impact of video content. Support launches and campaigns across different product categories and audiences Ensure all creatives are delivered in the right formats/codecs for each digital channel (social media platforms, website, etc.) Maintain clean file organization, versioning, and fast handoffs to support high-velocity execution For The Conqueror licensed launches: ensure content follows IP guidelines and supports themed storytelling ✅ What success looks like (expected output) This is a high-velocity role: we move fast and test constantly. Typical output expectations: 30 finished video ads per week , depending on complexity Output varies based on launches and campaigns — but speed + quality is core. 🏆 What we’re looking for (key criteria) We’re looking for someone who can match our current creative style and also bring fresh ideas and great execution to the table. You’re performance-minded (not just a “video editor”) You’ve edited tons of paid social performance ads (Meta / TikTok / YouTube Shorts) You are curious and want to learn constantly what makes creative win: hooks, pacing, retention, product-first storytelling You’re comfortable creating multiple iterations quickly, not just one “perfect edit” You are technically skilled Proficient in Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci You’re strong in the full edit + polish process. Great polish: color correction, audio cleanup, subtitles, and clean exports Comfortable with basic motion graphics / overlays / transitions You understand formats/codecs and how to export properly for each platform You have a strong sense of cinematic storytelling when needed (especially for themed content) You can ship fast & are mature in process, collaboration, and flexibility We move fast, adapt constantly, and we don’t always have everything planned months ahead. We need someone who can thrive in that environment without things turning chaotic. You can produce volume without sacrificing quality You’re comfortable with fast feedback loops, revisions, and rapid turnaround Strong communicator and reliable collaborator (especially under launch pressure) Comfortable with shifting priorities and quick pivots Clean file structures, versioning discipline, and organized handoffs You’re emotionally resilient (and actually okay with performance reality) We need someone who can separate ego from output. Sometimes we’ll test your creativity and it won’t perform: we stop it, learn, and move on. Other times we’ll kill a concept early based on what we’ve learned. You’re genuinely okay with that and you keep shipping. You can execute themed / licensed content at a high level (huge plus) Some of our work involves licensed IP storytelling where quality and attention to detail matter a lot.
