As a Video Editing Intern at SoScale, you’ll work closely with creative strategists, editors, designers, and performance marketers to create content built for TikTok, Meta, and other fast-moving social platforms. You’ll learn how editing impacts performance — from hooks and pacing to storytelling, retention, and conversion. You’ll work with real client content, iterate fast, and gain hands-on experience inside one of Stockholm’s most ambitious performance content agencies. This role is perfect for someone who lives on the internet, loves content, and wants to become exceptionally good at editing modern short-form ads and social content. You won’t just observe. You’ll edit, create, test, and improve from day one.
