We're looking for a creative and resourceful Video Editor to join our remote team. You'll work on a variety of projects, including talking-head content, promotional videos, product launches, social media campaigns, and experimental creative projects. Responsibilities - Edit engaging talking-head videos for social media and marketing campaigns. - Create promotional videos, launch videos, brand films, and digital advertisements. - Add motion graphics, animations, subtitles, sound design, and visual effects. - Collaborate with designers and creative team members to bring concepts to life. - Organize project files and maintain efficient editing workflows. - Use AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and production quality. - Stay updated with editing trends, storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in video editing and motion design. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. - Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. - Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Firefly, ElevenLabs, Perplexity, or similar tools to improve research, ideation, editing, and production workflows. - Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, sound design, and visual communication. - Experience editing talking-head content and social media videos. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Resourceful, proactive, and capable of solving problems without constant supervision. - Strong learning mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools and creative techniques. Bonus Skills - Motion graphics and animation. - Experience with 3D software such as Blender. - Color correction and color grading. - Experience creating AI-assisted video production workflows. - Agency experience or experience handling multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
