Join our team as a Remote Operations & Mobile Data Specialist . In this role, you will transition your skills in process execution and quality assurance to help build next-generation smart-device technology. You will use your smartphone to execute, record, and document a series of daily physical workflows and tasks. Key Responsibilities: Execute Daily Workflows: Follow precise, step-by-step operational protocols to complete and record routine physical tasks using your smartphone. Process Documentation: Use a head-mounted smartphone setup (equipment guidelines provided) to capture clear, first-person video of your workflows to ensure strict quality standards. Quality & Compliance Control: Ensure all recorded data submissions are perfectly synced, accurately labeled, and meet the determinism guidelines of the project. Volume Management: Consistently manage your time to deliver a minimum of 10–15 hours of approved task video per week. Feedback Loop: Communicate effectively with project coordinators to clarify guidelines and optimize the data collection process. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong background in Customer Service, Virtual Assistance, Retail Operations, or Administrative roles where following instructions is critical. High digital literacy; completely comfortable navigating smartphone settings, mobile recording apps, and data uploads. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict quality milestones. Access to a compatible modern smartphone (iPhone 11+, Pixel 6+, Samsung S21+) and ability to acquire/use a head strap within 48 hours of starting. Physical capability to perform repetitive movement tasks safely. Note: Applications submitted with a Gmail address are strongly preferred for seamless tool integration. Compensation Structure Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per recorded video that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply: videos must be at a specific length defined by the project, and experts must submit a minimum of 10 to 15 hours of video per week . Start Timeline & Availability We typically fill roles within 48 hours , so we’re looking for teammates who are ready to jump in. If selected, we’d love for you to start your first task as soon as you move forward with your application. The expectation is to begin within ~24 hours of completing onboarding. Tasks for this project must be performed from a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) . Experts will record their workflow directly from the mobile device while completing tasks. Head Strap / Wearable: Tasks for this project must be performed using a head-mounted camera (head strap setup) . Experts will record first-person video of physical tasks. The required head strap and any accompanying equipment specifications will be shared during onboarding.
