This role will involve partnering closely with the CEO and playing a crucial role in supporting continued growth of the business. You will oversee operations, customer success, and all back-office functions, while leading a small team and managing vendor relationships. Term: Full Time Location: 100% remote in the U.S. (with regular travel to Florida HQ and Colorado) Compensation: $200k - $250k+ Objectives: Operations: Oversee internal team and external vendors, establish SOPs, drive operational efficiency, lead technology implementations Customer Success: Partner with CS teams to deliver excellent service, drive customer satisfaction and retention rates Back Office: Collaborate with finance team to monitor financial performance, streamline processes, and support data analysis Mergers and Acquisitions: Support CEO through M&A processes, lead integration efforts Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required 7+ years of experience in business operations 2+ years of people leadership/management Experience in a mixed technology and services environment is preferred Experience with fulfillment or shipping is a plus Strong project management skills are a must
