Overview of the role:

Location we're hiring: Poland, UK, Germany, France, Germany and the Netherlands

We are looking for a VP, Delivery to lead complex technology transformation programmes for our PE-backed portfolio company clients. You will own IT stream delivery end-to-end — from initiation through BAU — acting as a trusted partner to client CIOs, CFOs, and PE Operating Partners.

This is a hands-on senior leadership role. You will set up governance where it doesn’t exist, challenge vendors and SIs on delivery performance, and translate programme risk into clear options for sponsor audiences. You will also contribute to Alysian’s growth through commercial proposals, client development, and practice building.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT transformation streams across multi-vendor programmes from initiation to BAU
• Design and run PMO governance, cadences, and accountability frameworks
• Lead ERP transformation across Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics 365, and SaaS platforms
• Own data migration strategy and execution
• Lead M&A IT integration, carve-out, and TSA delivery workstreams
• Challenge vendor and SI delivery; escalate risk in commercial terms to PE sponsors
• Support SOW development, effort estimation, and commercial proposals
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to Alysian’s delivery methodology
