Position Overview Seeking a banking professional to drive deposit and loan growth through relationship development, networking, and business development efforts within the association/property management banking sector. This role focuses on building strong client partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering high-quality financial solutions and customer service. Location : Remote Target Markets : Carolinas, Arizona, Nevada, Denver, Washington State, and New England Portfolio Experience Preferred : $50MM+ portfolio management experience Core Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to grow business relationships and expand market presence Build referral networks and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and centers of influence Generate deposit and loan growth while supporting overall business objectives Stay informed on industry trends, banking technology, and client service improvements Provide consultative support to clients regarding banking and treasury management solutions Ensure exceptional client service and relationship management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered 5+ years of experience in banking, treasury management, or business development Strong record of achieving sales and growth targets Knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and financial products Preferred Skills Familiarity with ACH, lockbox, remote deposit, and online banking platforms Understanding of the property management industry and related regulations Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills Results-driven with a consultative approach to business development
