We are seeking an achievement-oriented Financial Services Representative to join our growing remote team. This role is highly suited for transitioning military service members, veterans, and individuals with a background in leadership or public service who want to align their career with a clear, community-focused mission.
In this role, the selected candidate will undergo a structured, fully supported professional development program. You will learn the foundational principles of wealth management, estate planning, and debt elimination to effectively guide families toward long-term peace of mind. No prior financial services experience is required, as our organization provides comprehensive, step-by-step training.

What You’ll Do
Educate and guide families through comprehensive financial planning strategies, including debt elimination and wealth protection.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships within your community.
Participate in virtual training modules, mentorship programs, and regular team alignment meetings.
Work independently to manage your client portfolio while utilizing full corporate support and resources.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
A background in Military Service, Leadership, or Public Service is highly valued.
Ability to obtain a state insurance license (structured training and support provided).
