AI, FinTech & Private Equity Technology Launch Track Company name: mOVE - Meritrium OmniVentures Job location: Canada, Remote / Hybrid Organization: moVE (Meritrium OmniVentures) Type: Equity-Based Contributor / Venture Partner Track Commitment: Part-time, approx. 10 to 15 hours per week minimum, with potential to grow into a larger leadership role Compensation: Equity-based, milestone-based vesting. No salary at the current pre-funding stage. About the Venture moVE (Meritrium OmniVentures) builds and launches early-stage digital platforms in sectors where traditional models are ready for reinvention. We operate as a hands-on venture studio, moving from concept to product, from product to users, and from users to traction. The current focus is on AI, FinTech, private equity technology, AI readiness, business simulation, financial learning, and AI-enabled operating systems for professionals, investors, operators, founders, and business teams. We are building practical products, not just ideas. These include AI-powered tools, learning platforms, business simulators, financial technology concepts, operating partner productivity systems, and venture products designed to solve real problems for real users. The next phase is execution. We are looking for someone who can help build, test, launch, improve, and grow these ventures. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated self-starter Venture Co-Founder / Venture Partner to help take an early-stage AI, FinTech, and private equity technology venture from early validation to active market presence. This is a builder role, not a strategy-only position. You will help shape product ideas, build and test prototypes, support go-to-market execution, engage with users and partners, and work closely with the founder to turn concepts into functioning, growing products. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys early-stage venture building, can work independently, has strong ownership, and is comfortable moving between product, growth, outreach, coding, prototyping, and execution. You do not need to be perfect in every area. But you need to be serious, curious, self-driven, technically capable, and willing to work hard before the venture becomes fully funded. Key Responsibilities Product Building & Prototyping Help turn venture ideas into product concepts, MVPs, landing pages, workflows, dashboards, demos, and early prototypes. Use coding, vibe coding, no-code, low-code, AI tools, or modern product-building platforms to move fast and create usable outputs. Translate business needs into practical features, product flows, and user experiences. Test what works, improve what does not, and help move the product from idea to real usage. Go-to-Market Execution Design and support early go-to-market plans, including who to target first, how to reach them, why they would care, and what message should be tested. Support outreach to potential users, partners, customers, advisors, investors, and early adopters. Test messaging, positioning, landing pages, demos, and product-market fit assumptions. Help create traction through practical outreach, not just high-level marketing ideas. Product Management & Development Support Help define product requirements, user journeys, core features, and product priorities. Work with the founder to decide what to build first, what to simplify, what to test, and what to stop. Document product logic, user feedback, feature requests, and improvement ideas. Support product development from concept to release, even when the product is still rough and evolving. Market Validation & Customer Discovery Speak with potential users and partners to understand needs, pain points, objections, and buying signals. Help validate whether specific AI, FinTech, private equity, simulation, or learning products have real demand. Track feedback and help refine the venture direction based on real market evidence. Support early sales conversations, demos, and pilot discussions. Digital Marketing & Growth Support Support launch content, social posts, founder-led marketing, email campaigns, and basic growth experiments. Help improve product pages, landing pages, pitch materials, and outreach messages. Track early growth signals and help identify what generates interest, engagement, and conversion. Founder Collaboration Work directly with the founder on weekly priorities and execution. Contribute to planning, product reviews, venture decisions, and market testing. Bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape the path from concept to scale. Show progress every week and operate with ownership. Who This Is For This role is a strong fit if you: Have experience or strong interest in AI, FinTech, private equity, venture building, SaaS, business education, product development, or digital platforms. Can code, vibe code, prototype, or build practical product concepts using modern AI and product development tools. Understand that product building is about users, speed, iteration, feedback, and execution, not just ideas. Are comfortable with outreach, business development, go-to-market testing, and talking to potential users or partners. Are a self-starter who can take a broad direction and turn it into useful work. Have a strong sense of ownership and do not wait to be told every small step. Are willing to work hard, take risk, and contribute before asking for immediate compensation. Want to earn equity through contribution, delivery, and trust. Can commit at least 10 to 15 hours per week on a consistent basis. Are interested in growing into a larger venture leadership role if there is strong mutual fit. Bonus, Not Required Experience with AI tools, AI agents, SaaS platforms, simulations, online learning, financial technology, private equity, venture capital, product management, or founder-led growth. Experience with tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Supabase, Bubble, Webflow, Framer, Figma, GitHub, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI/product tools. Experience launching a product, building a landing page, running outreach, creating a demo, managing a small product build, or helping a startup get early traction. Compensation This is an equity-vesting venture role, intended for builders who want long-term upside and leadership opportunity. There is no salary at the current pre-funding stage. Equity terms will be aligned based on contribution, scope, commitment, quality of work, and milestones achieved. The goal is to create a fair opportunity for someone who can help build real value and earn meaningful ownership through performance. How to Apply Please share your resume or LinkedIn profile. Selected candidates will be invited for an initial conversation.
