Required Skills: Must have a good understanding of the CRM data model Strong knowledge of Life Science (Pharma) min 3+years Veeva CRM Configuration Experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycles, Workflows, apex codes Manage and have hands-on Experience in Integrations with CRM application Hands-on Experience in REST API, Loaders, Multichannel Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards Application Administrative Experience Strong understanding of IT service management / ITIL foundational architectural concepts (incident, problem, change, configuration mgmt, design, quality management, and IT environments, etc), architecture DevOps methodologies, standards, and tools Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies Veeva CRM Configuration Experience including Salesforce Experience in Veeva Align & Vault (Optional) Salesforce Developer & Admin certification Veeva CRM Certified.
