In this role, you will assist clients with organizing trip details, exploring destination possibilities, and ensuring their plans are well-prepared from the initial idea stage through final confirmation.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning travel arrangements such as accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities
Review traveler preferences to help identify suitable vacation options
Offer helpful suggestions to enhance overall travel plans
Communicate with clients via email, messaging platforms, and phone when appropriate
Coordinate booking confirmations with travel suppliers and partners
Maintain organized and accurate itinerary records
Stay informed about travel updates, promotions, and destination highlights
Support clients throughout each phase of their trip preparation
Candidate Qualifications
Interest in travel coordination and customer-focused roles
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic familiarity with computer systems and online tools
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Mexico, Spain, or other approved hiring regions
