You will be taking on a crucial role in our organization as a foundational member of our US team, backed by our established European Customer Success organization - leading implementation and delivery efforts across our growing portfolio of enterprise clients, including Aramark, Compass Group and ISS. In the position you will: Lead implementation and delivery efforts across our US enterprise accounts, ensuring launches are coordinated, well-resourced, and set up for long-term success Own stakeholder management throughout the full implementation lifecycle from contract signature through go-live and beyond Manage hypercare periods following launches, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring customers get maximum value from day one Adapt and execute the repeatable processes, playbooks, and frameworks proven across our European CS organization, tailoring them to build out our US Customer Success function as we scale Work cross-functionally with our product, sales, and European CS teams to continuously improve the customer experience Who are we looking for? As our new US Delivery Director, you will bring a motivated mindset and a skillful set of competences. We're looking for: A high level of ownership, passion and willingness to go the extra mile 2+ years of experience in implementation of EPOS or other software solutions for Contracted Food Service A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude - you're equally comfortable in a strategic planning meeting and on a launch day call with a client Service-oriented and collaborative approach to customer and peer relationships Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills Based on the US East Coast (ideally Philadelphia or New York) What to expect You will join our US team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our most important customers succeed with Kanpla from day one.
