US C2C / Offshore Opportunity & Revenue Generation Specialist SWAQ IT Consulting is looking for a proactive, commercially sharp, and result-oriented professional to help us build a strong revenue pipeline in the US market. This is not a regular recruitment role. This is a revenue-generation role focused on identifying genuine US C2C / offshore opportunities, building recruiter/vendor/MSP relationships, introducing SWAQ as an offshore technical delivery and resource partner, and helping convert qualified conversations into business opportunities. About SWAQ IT Consulting SWAQ IT Consulting is an IT infrastructure and consulting company focused on enterprise networking, network security, cloud networking, SD-WAN, wireless, data center, infrastructure support, managed IT services, and technical consulting. We support businesses, MSPs, IT service providers, and technology partners with experienced technical expertise across complex networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure environments. Role Type • Remote • Temporary / Contract initially • Recommended experience: 2–5 years in US IT staffing / C2C / bench sales / vendor outreach / IT services business development • Long-term association possible based on performance and results • US-timezone overlap required Role Objective The main objective of this role is to create qualified revenue opportunities for SWAQ IT Consulting in the US market. The selected person will work closely with the Founder and Founder’s Office team to identify, qualify, track, and move relevant opportunities toward submissions, interviews, partner discussions, projects, and revenue. What You Will Do • Identify and qualify remote US C2C, offshore, contract, project-based, and consulting opportunities. • Connect with recruiters, vendors, staffing companies, implementation partners, MSPs, IT service providers, and consulting firms. • Build and maintain a relevant recruiter/vendor/MSP contact pipeline. • Introduce SWAQ IT Consulting as an offshore technical delivery and resource partner. • Identify opportunities related to networking, security, cloud, infrastructure, MSP support, and managed IT services. • Track leads, opportunities, submissions, follow-ups, responses, next actions, and outcomes. • Coordinate interviews, calls, profiles, vendor discussions, and post-submission follow-ups. • Filter out irrelevant, onsite-only, W2-only, low-budget, non-serious, or non-matching opportunities. • Maintain daily updates and weekly pipeline reports. • Help create qualified conversations that can move toward revenue. • Introduce SWAQ IT Consulting as an offshore technical delivery and resource partner. • Prepare and use approved SWAQ introduction messages for recruiters, vendors, MSPs, staffing companies, and IT service partners. Ideal Background The ideal candidate should have around 2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience. Experience in one or more of the following areas will be preferred: • US IT Staffing • C2C Recruitment • Bench Sales • Vendor Management • IT Services Business Development • MSP / Partner Outreach • LinkedIn and Email Outreach • Lead Generation for IT Services • Recruiter / Vendor Relationship Management Candidates with very limited exposure may not be suitable, as this role requires practical understanding of the US C2C/vendor ecosystem. At the same time, we are looking for someone hands-on and execution-focused, not someone looking only for a senior strategy or management role. Preferred Domain Familiarity Exposure to any of the following IT domains will be an advantage: • Enterprise Networking • Firewalls / VPN • SD-WAN • Cloud Networking • Cybersecurity • Data Center • Wireless • Managed IT Services • Infrastructure Support What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is: • Disciplined, organized, and self-driven • Strong in follow-ups and relationship building • Professional in written and verbal communication • Comfortable with measurable targets and result-based evaluation • Familiar with the US C2C / vendor / staffing ecosystem • Able to identify genuine opportunities instead of forwarding random requirements • Comfortable maintaining trackers, pipelines, and weekly reports • Serious about creating real business opportunities, not just activity Important Working Expectations The right person should be able to: Understand the difference between C2C, W2, 1099, remote, offshore, hybrid, and onsite-only requirements. • Do not submit any profile, company document, consultant detail, or commercial information without approval from SWAQ. • Understand whether an opportunity is C2C-friendly, remote/offshore-friendly, and relevant before escalating it. • Ask the right questions about budget/rate, client/vendor details, timezone, duration, skill match, and next steps. • Avoid forwarding irrelevant, low-quality, onsite-only, W2-only, or non-serious opportunities. • Maintain proper tracking of leads, submissions, follow-ups, responses, and next actions. • Communicate professionally with recruiters, vendors, MSPs, partners, and the internal SWAQ team. • Represent SWAQ responsibly without overpromising pricing, resources, timelines, or delivery commitments. • Work with a revenue-focused and outcome-driven mindset. Success in This Role Initial continuation will depend on quality of opportunities, follow-up discipline, pipeline movement, communication quality, and overall performance. • Quality of opportunities generated • Relevant recruiter/vendor/MSP relationships built • Qualified submissions made • Interviews or business calls scheduled • Consistency of follow-ups • Quality of pipeline tracking • Revenue movement created We are not looking for random activity.
