Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting , or related accounting functions At least 1 year of hands-on experience supporting US accounting and tax-related processes Strong understanding of US accounting principles, financial reporting requirements , and compliance standards Proficiency in QuickBooks , including payroll processing, transaction categorization, account reconciliations, and financial reporting Experience managing billing, invoicing, payroll support, month-end close activities, and account reconciliations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting Experience working with US-based clients, accounting teams, or business operations preferred Familiarity with payroll platforms such as Gusto is an advantage Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and financial data management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial records and reporting Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Willingness and availability to work the required schedule, including Thursday through Monday Philippine Time Your Daily Tasks Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Manage billing and invoicing processes, including preparation and submission of client invoices Perform account reconciliations including bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records Monitor and record expenses and revenue transactions Manage and maintain QuickBooks, including categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related documentation Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and accounting records Ensure timely collection tracking and payment monitoring Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in financial data Support month-end and year-end closing activities Ensure proper documentation and organization of accounting records Driving Growth Through Operational Excellence Our client operates within the transportation and trucking sector, supporting logistics operations through structured financial management and efficient business processes.
