Company Description: Aldevon is a digital agency based in Edinburgh, Scotland. We build websites and e-commerce platforms, and run SEO and Google Ads campaigns for small and medium-sized businesses across the UK. We work with two audiences: the UK market and the Ukrainian diaspora community in Britain, which is why Ukrainian and English both matter to us. Role Description: This is a part-time, fully remote role for a Ukrainian-speaking SMM Manager. You will be based in Ukraine/UK and work approximately 1–1.5 hours per day. You will manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — for both the Aldevon company page and our founder's personal brand. You will also publish articles on our Ghost blog platform and compile a weekly digest from our internal teams into a clear, readable post. Content strategy and key texts are prepared at the leadership level. Your role is to adapt, format, schedule, and publish — and to build the monthly content plan that keeps everything on track.The English copy is reviewed by our team before publishing. B1–B2 English is sufficient for this role. Responsibilities: Build and manage monthly content plans across all channels Publish posts, carousels, and stories on Instagram and Facebook Manage LinkedIn content for the company page and founder profile Publish and format articles on Ghost (our blog platform) Design branded content and carousels in Canva Compile a weekly internal digest into a LinkedIn post and blog article Track time in YouTrack and submit a weekly report by email Qualifications: Fluent Ukrainian (required) English B1–B2 (required — final copy reviewed by our team) 1.5+ years of social media management experience for a business or brand Confident Canva skills — branded templates, carousels, presentations Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow Ghost CMS experience is a plus, but not required — we will train What we offer: £10 per hour — paid on actual hours tracked Approximately 30 hours per month (~£300/month to start) Fully remote — work from anywhere in Ukraine Payment in GBP or USD to your ФОП account Trial period: 1 month After trial: transition to a fixed monthly rate based on actual volume UK agency experience for your portfolio To apply: Send your CV, portfolio, or links to social media accounts you have managed to [email protected]
