Bootcamp Mentoring is a 14-year established company in the business opportunity and education coaching space. We’re growing quickly and looking for an ambitious UK-based High-Ticket Closer to join our remote sales team serving United States clients.
This is a long-term freelance / independent contractor role with qualified warm leads, proven systems, a contractor base retainer, strong commission upside, and growth opportunities inside a performance-driven sales team.

💰 HIGH-TICKET CLOSER — UK BASED
Contract Type
This is a freelance / independent contractor role, not an employee position.
The closer will be responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment, and any other business expenses required to perform the role.
Compensation is paid as a contractor base retainer plus commission, based on agreed terms and properly tracked closed deals.
Compensation
• £1,166–£1,459 paid every 2 weeks as a contractor base retainer, depending on experience
• Equivalent to £2,333–£2,917/month / £28,000–£35,000/year
• 2.5% commission on cash collected up to $40,000/month
• 4% commission on cash collected from $40,001–$75,000/month
• 5% commission on cash collected over $75,000/month
Commission is paid only on cash collected, not pending payments, payment plans not yet collected, refunds, chargebacks, or declined payments.
Closed deals must be properly tracked in the CRM to qualify for commission.
OTE: £45,000–£75,000+/year depending on performance.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
• Taking pre-booked Zoom strategy sessions with warm inbound leads and buyers who have already invested in our ecosystem
• Speaking with US-based prospects to understand their goals, challenges, current situation, and level of readiness
• Running structured sales calls using our proven framework while keeping the conversation natural and consultative
• Presenting the offer clearly and confidently when the prospect is a good fit
• Handling objections around price, timing, belief, trust, spouse/partner approval, and decision-making
• Helping prospects make a clear decision without pressure, hype, or aggressive sales tactics
• Following up with prospects who need more time, miss calls, or require additional touchpoints before deciding
• Working closely with appointment setters to improve booking quality, show-up rate, and lead handoff
• Keeping accurate notes in the CRM, updating pipeline status, and tracking call outcomes, follow-ups, payments, and closed deals
• Contributing feedback to improve scripts, sales process, offer positioning, and overall close rate
✅ Requirements
• Based in the UK
• Strong spoken English with a clear, professional, and trustworthy communication style
• Comfortable speaking with US-based prospects
• Previous high-ticket sales or closing experience required
• Comfortable selling via Zoom strategy sessions
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Experience selling coaching, consulting, education, or business opportunity offers preferred
• Familiarity with Close.io CRM preferred
• Available to take calls during agreed US-aligned sales windows
• Coachable, reliable, performance-driven, and comfortable being held accountable to numbers
• Stable internet connection, quiet workspace, reliable computer, and ability to take video/Zoom sales calls
• Excellent CRM discipline and strong follow-up habits
