This role exists to own the entire UGC production and creator seeding process so our marketing team consistently receives high-performing creative assets that help scale our brands.
You will be responsible for sourcing creators, managing content production, improving creator performance, and ensuring assets move efficiently from idea to launch.
This is not a coordinator role.
You are the owner of creative production execution.
