Do what you say and say what you do The Position As Treasury Analyst at LIZY, you ensure that the operational and financial backbone of our financing platform runs smoothly, securely and efficiently. You take ownership of the daily cash management and operational follow-up of our syndicated loans & securitization (ABS) financing platform and other financing streams, while continuously improving controls, reporting and risk management processes. You act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders such as banks, investors and service providers. You combine strong execution with a proactive mindset and help build scalable treasury and financing processes that support LIZYβs continued growth across Belgium, France and the Netherlands. What youβll be doing: Monitor daily cash positions and cash collections across all accounts Execute and validate cash transfers between accounts based on established allocation and reporting frameworks Manage daily outgoing payments, including vehicle suppliers, operational suppliers and other urgent transactions Review reporting, reconciliations and allocation flows to ensure accuracy, consistency and operational robustness Ensure accurate, timely and investor-grade reporting based on established transaction templates and reporting standards Strengthen and test internal treasury and reporting processes to improve scalability, control and automation Future perspectives Over time, this role can evolve into a broader treasury and financing position with exposure to strategic finance and funding initiatives across the Group. Potential future responsibilities include: Supporting debt financing initiatives, lender negotiations and financing processes Helping manage relationships with banks, investors and financing counterparties Contributing to liquidity management, interest rate hedging and broader financial risk management topics Supporting strategic capital allocation decisions and growth initiatives Strengthening compliance, financing governance and reporting frameworks across the Group πβπββοΈAbout you A good candidate is: Naturally risk-aware, while remaining pragmatic and solution-oriented Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Excited to build and improve processes in an environment where not everything is fully defined yet Your profile: Experience in treasury, cash management, banking, financing, asset & liability management or related financial operations Ideally 2-5 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, financing or a similar analytical environment Comfortable working with operational processes, reconciliations, reporting and external stakeholders Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and counterparties Resourceful and able to independently drive topics forward Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus π€© Perks and Benefits At LIZY, your success is our success π.
