Key Responsibilities Responsible for transitioning customers into managed services Ensure accurate contract information is input in to the ServiceNow platform including non-MS MRC Contracts Co-ordinate transition activities with end customer Co-ordinate order fulfillment for hardware appliances Communicate service transition milestones to CEM and Towers Forecast and plan transition activity using pipeline information, renewal dashboard and PMO activity Co-ordinate contract cancellation activities Notify Go-live and billing start dates Ability to create Reports, Presentations, documents, use tools and software to manage ss to project data, project finance In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of the project Regularly interact with the onsite/offshore team/client Coordinate status updates in daily/weekly conference calls Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client What will you bring to the table?
