About the Opportunity: The Training and Development Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining product resources and training materials to improve onboarding, support product launches, and equip internal teams with up-to-date learning tools. This role is key to aligning training strategies with organizational needs and enhancing the effectiveness of customer-facing and internal education. 3. Responsibilities: • Design and implement new hire training courses tailored to specific roles. • Establish role-specific training programs to support employee development. • Update and improve training materials and internal resources to reflect current products and industry practices. • Develop and expand client-facing training modules to enhance adoption and engagement. • Drive improvements in Help Center documentation to optimize AI search functionality. 4. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field. • Experience in instructional design, training, or documentation management in health tech, clinical research, or SaaS. • Proficiency with content management systems, Confluence, and knowledge-sharing tools. • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. • Experience with Articulate Rise, Camtasia, LMS Administration preferred; WordPress helpful. • Experience using AI tools for instructional design and documentation workflows. • Familiarity with clinical research workflows and regulatory requirements is a plus. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience and qualifications. 6.
