Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate campaign resources, placements, promotional assets, and platform traffic resources across multiple business initiatives.
Maintain campaign and resource calendars, ensuring requests are prioritised appropriately and potential conflicts are identified and resolved.
Coordinate closely with design, operations, category, campaign, and marketing teams to ensure all required assets are delivered accurately and on time.
Configure and manage promotional placements, banners, campaign entry points, and other user-facing resources within internal platform systems.
Support major commercial campaigns, seasonal events, product launches, and brand activations across the platform.
Monitor campaign execution and proactively resolve operational issues, timeline changes, and stakeholder requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve campaign execution processes and resource management workflows.
Experience/Qualifications:
Fluent English and Mandarin language skills.
2-4+ years of experience within Platform Operations, E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, Shop Management, or similar environments.
Experience working within internet, e-commerce, marketplace, social commerce, or platform-based businesses.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with campaign execution, platform resource management, digital merchandising, promotional placements, or user journey optimisation.
Understanding of campaign planning, asset management, platform operations, and cross-functional project coordination.
Analytical skills and experience using data to support operational decision-making would be beneficial but are not essential.
