Tiktok Shop Affiliate Manager- Remote, Full Time

SRI Labs is a fast-growing, premium beauty & wellness ecommerce brand known for high-end skincare, hair tools, and breakthrough consumer products.

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and relationship-focused TIKTOK SHOP AFFILIATE MANAGER to lead and scale our affiliate program across platforms like ShopMy, Levanta, and key influencer networks.

What You’ll Do

As our Tiktok Affiliate Manager, you will own the entire affiliate ecosystem and work directly with the CEO and marketing leadership team to scale creator-led revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize SRI Labs’ affiliate program across ShopMy, Levanta, and other affiliate platforms.
• Recruit, vet, and onboard new affiliates, creators, and influencers that align with our brand.
• Build strong long-term relationships with partners to drive consistent revenue and brand growth.
• Track performance, payouts, ROI, and ensure all affiliates are supported with assets, codes, and campaigns.
• Coordinate affiliate-driven launches, seasonal promotions, and strategic campaigns.
• Identify top performers and build incentive strategies to maximize their output.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and communicate results to leadership weekly.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, product, design, and operations teams to support affiliate needs.
• Continuously test new platforms, creators, strategies, and incentives to grow revenue.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Based in the Philippines
• Experienced in Tiktok affiliate, influencer marketing, or digital partnerships (1–3+ years preferred).
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage many creators and campaigns at once.
• Strong at relationship-building — someone affiliates love to work with.
• Comfortable working within platforms like ShopMy, Levanta, Impact, or similar tools.
• Data-driven with excellent follow-through and communication skills.
• Hungry, proactive, and passionate about helping a brand grow.
