Threat Intelligence Analyst (AI Training) About The Role Your threat intelligence expertise is in high demand — not just in the SOC, but on the frontier of AI development. We're looking for experienced threat intelligence analysts to bring real-world knowledge to that mission. You'll work with realistic threat reports, indicators of compromise, adversary campaigns, and attack narratives — helping to train and evaluate AI systems that need to reason about cybersecurity the way a seasoned analyst does. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze and classify threat reports, adversary campaigns, and attacker behavior patterns Evaluate indicators of compromise, TTPs, and end-to-end attack narratives for accuracy and realism Generate, structure, and validate threat intelligence data used to train and assess AI systems Review AI-generated cybersecurity outputs and flag inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or fabricated behavior Apply frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK to assess how well AI models understand real-world threats Who You Are 2+ years of experience in threat intelligence, SOC analysis, or security research Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT collection, or CTI workflows Able to distinguish authentic attacker behavior from noise, misattribution, or fabricated data Strong analytical and written communication skills — you can explain complex threats clearly Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments Nice to Have Experience writing or editing threat intelligence reports Familiarity with threat hunting, malware analysis, or incident response Background in red team operations or adversary emulation Prior experience contributing to AI or data labeling projects Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI systems alongside top research teams Fully remote and flexible — set your own schedule and workload Freelance autonomy with the backing of a professional, global platform Contribute to AI that genuinely understands the cybersecurity landscape Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as projects grow
