We are looking for a Test Manager with: • 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including at least 2 years in Quality Management or Test Management roles; • Strong expertise in defining, planning, and executing test strategies and test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high-quality software delivery; • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including reviewing requirements and user stories for clarity, completeness, and testability; • Experience working with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, supporting functional testing, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in international environments, with fluency in English and experience driving test automation initiatives within CI/CD pipelines; • The candidate must be based in or currently residing in Portugal; • Fluency in English is mandatory; Location: Portugal | Remote Project Type: International Level of Experience: Senior (+5 years) Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits If you are ready for the next step in your career, send your CV to [email protected] and join PrimeIT!
