Job snapshot Xograph Healthcare are seeking to recruit a Territory Manager to develop and manage modality sales opportunities and strategic reference sites in the assigned territory and other accounts as directed by your line manager. To develop new, profitable and strategic business for the company in line with the agreed business targets set for all current product modalities. To promote the company (its features, advantages, benefits) to all existing installed base accounts and new potential customers. By active ‘account ownership’, be the company representative in all aspects of corporate involvement within the Territory. To work under general ‘remote’ supervision whilst exercising independent judgement, functioning within approved guidelines. The commercial sales work environment warrants your creativity, innovation and very strong interpersonal & communication skills. This is an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated, enthusiastic Territory Manager who can demonstrate excellent clinical, commercial, marketing and technical awareness, in a healthcare business environment. In this role you will be proficient in dealing with an array of stakeholders including clinicians, customers, suppliers, industry peers, technical experts, business advisors and your HC21 colleagues. You will be acutely aware of the P&L responsibility of your territory, with a primary objective to deliver performance growth in line with agreed business plan(s) and budgets. Key Responsibilities & Competencies: Not limited to but will include: Working with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to create your business strategy from concept and developmental stages through to successful implementation Achievement of Company sales, profit margins and product targets for your area Manage business metrics and other upward reporting for forecasting purposes Deliver efficient and effective running of your territory, for optimal outcomes Using SAP CRM to manage the day-to-day business activities Where additional business resources/assets are deemed required, prepare and submit a fully costed business plan to detail the reward versus the risk Be aware of all matters relating to day-to-day operational activities; seek guidance, support, and escalate issues when you need support Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s modality products and services and apply it effectively to all prospects. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of competitors’ products, services, strategies and practices. Secure an informed working knowledge of past, current and future technologies Be aware of (to respond to) market trends, competitors’ activities/initiatives, industry chatter, legislation impact etc. Ensure that you comply with risk-assessed policies and procedures relating to IT Security, Health and Safety Prepare timely business forecast reports/documentation (methodical and accurate) Maintain and continue to develop the necessary skills and product knowledge by on-going self-development in the job function, to augment the training that the company provides and ensure that all company sponsored training is implemented Key Requirements You will be UK based working from a central access home location, reporting to the head office when required Travel and work may be required outside of your territory (UK and Ireland) to meet with business needs Your flexibility is a key requirement of the job as some overnight stays, early starts, and late finishes may be required. Overseas travel - international congresses/supplier meetings may be required (often taking place at weekends) You must be a team player – committed to working in a team environment at Xograph and HC21 Group levels. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week which you may need to vary to meet with fluid business demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for customer service, commercial/sales, experience, excellent people management skills and a healthcare background. Successful completion of DBS checks Full driver’s licence Proven work/life skills from working in a clinical/commercial/technical environment. Excellent people management skills Process driven with the ability to exceed at every level. Advanced situation, commercial and technical analytical skills Ability to view, understand and respect HC21 Group business need when adopting local decision-making principles. Good knowledge of the public and private healthcare sector Advantageous - specific experience from working in the radiology and/or vascular interventional care sectors.
