Position Summary Based in Edmonton Alberta , the Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering hygiene and cleaning solutions across assigned accounts in the region. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of chemical dispensing systems and leased equipment at customer locations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. It combines business development, account management, and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in food service, hospitality, healthcare, and facility management sectors. Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service and installation support within territory. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Northern Alberta District. Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to support customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical support) to deliver seamless solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives, maintaining high safety standards companywide.
