Obowiązki na tym stanowisku obejmują zapewnienie wsparcia technicznego naszym klientom z branży badawczo-naukowej, farmaceutycznej i chemicznej. Będzie to mobilne stanowisko w pełnym wymiarze godzin na terenie województwa dolnośląskiego, opolskiego. Edukacja: Wykształcenie techniczne (elektronika, automatyka, pneumatyka, hydraulika, mechanika itp.) Doświadczenie: Na podobnym stanowisku, w usługach technicznych, inżynierii (preferowane w środowisku chemicznym lub farmaceutycznym). Niezbędne kwalifikacje: Prawo jazdy kat. B, znajomość języka angielskiego i polskiego w mowie i piśmie. Preferowane kwalifikacje: Doświadczenie w serwisowaniu i w obsłudze sprzętu laboratoryjnego lub produkcyjnego. Umiejętność zarządzania priorytetami w szybko zmieniającym się środowisku, mając na uwadze potrzeby klientów. Gotowość do pracy w terenie. Świadectwo kwalifikacyjne SEP do 1kV. Dbałość o najwyższe standardy satysfakcji klienta i zapewnienie najwyższej jakości obsługi klienta. Studia inżynierskie będą dodatkowym atutem. Zadania w ramach stanowiska: Realizacja napraw gwarancyjnych i pogwarancyjnych sprzętu laboratoryjnego. Instalacja sprzętu oraz profesjonalny serwis, w tym doradztwo techniczne i szkolenia dla klientów. Walidacja i kalibracja urządzeń laboratoryjnych. Wsparcie w oferowaniu zamienników, części oraz obsłudze reklamacji serwisowych. Przegląd specyfikacji produktów i dokumentacji technicznej. Prowadzenie dokumentacji i rejestrów związanych z usługami. Rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych klientów dotyczących jakości, aplikacji, produktów i systemów dostaw. Pozyskiwanie nowych klientów oraz rozwijanie współpracy z istniejącymi. Warunki pracy: Mobilna praca. Obowiązki na tym stanowisku wymagają podróży do zakładów produkcyjnych klienta i laboratoriów, mogą być również wymagane podróże międzynarodowe. Co zyskujesz?
