What your weeks are going to look like Design and integration of complex interface systems directly within Unreal (UMG/Slate); Creating and optimizing custom shaders and materials for advanced visual effects; Collaborating with designers, artists, and programmers to solve cross-platform integration challenges; Debugging, profiling, and optimizing the UI to ensure smooth performance on PC, consoles, and other platforms; Improving the UI pipeline and documenting best practices for the team. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in graphic design, UX/UI design, digital arts, or a related field, combined with equivalent experience; Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in designing interfaces for video games; Excellent proficiency in Unreal UMG and Blueprints (Slate is a plus); Experience with Unreal animation systems (a plus); Advanced skills in creating shaders/materials; Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design; Appreciation for complex technical challenges and optimization; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English. Portfolio and/or demo required; Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
