Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Trainer specializing in AI and Agentic AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, and Make. The Technical Trainer will deliver high-quality training sessions to diverse audiences, develop and customize training materials, and assess training effectiveness. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual and in-person workshops, guiding learners in understanding and applying AI and automation tools, and staying up-to-date with advancements in the AI field to enhance course content. Qualifications Experience as a Technical Trainer, including planning and delivering engaging, effective technical training sessions Expertise in Training & Development and the ability to adapt content to various audiences and skill levels Proficiency in Technical Training skills, with knowledge of tools like Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, and Make Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse learners Experience in designing training materials and providing support during and post-training is highly valuable Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Education, or equivalent work experience Proficiency in managing virtual training tools and platforms Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to translate complex AI and automation concepts into clear and practical training formats
