Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Trainer specializing in AI and Agentic AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, and Make. The Technical Trainer will deliver high-quality training sessions to diverse audiences, develop and customize training materials, and assess training effectiveness. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual and in-person workshops, guiding learners in understanding and applying AI and automation tools, and staying up-to-date with advancements in the AI field to enhance course content.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Trainer, including planning and delivering engaging, effective technical training sessions
• Expertise in Training & Development and the ability to adapt content to various audiences and skill levels
• Proficiency in Technical Training skills, with knowledge of tools like Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, and Make
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse learners
• Experience in designing training materials and providing support during and post-training is highly valuable
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Education, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in managing virtual training tools and platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to translate complex AI and automation concepts into clear and practical training formats
