What this role is all about As a CPaaS Registrations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery of technical services while shaping how we operate, scale, and innovate. You’ll lead a high‑impact team that sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience, with strong ownership of regional performance and strategy. This role is about driving operational excellence, building and empowering people, and creating scalable processes that support Infobip’s business strategy and world‑class customer experience. You’ll act as a regional ambassador, trusted partner to stakeholders, and a driver of continuous improvement.
