Heraeus is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager (NTD) to drive business growth in advanced materials solutions for the coatings and printing industry. This role combines technical expertise with a strong commercial focus to develop new applications, support customers, and expand market presence across the U.S. and globally. The following role awaits: Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline Provide technical support to customers, including product introduction, sampling coordination, and on-site trials Lead customer feedback discussions to refine, customize, and qualify new products Drive sales growth within the NTD portfolio across existing and new customers Promote Heraeus products and technologies at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry conferences Identify emerging technologies, applications, and new market opportunities Collect and analyze market intelligence, including industry trends, value chains, key players, and competitors Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Service, and R&D teams, including global stakeholders in Leverkusen Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical service or technical sales within the coatings and/or printing industry Proven track record in sales and business development with strong customer focus Hands-on experience in coating and printing processes; experience with conductive polymers is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Self-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous learning Strong team player with experience in cross-functional collaboration Willingness to travel internationally Curious?
