Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Technical Recruitment Resourcer to support The Loop Group, a specialist technical recruitment consultancy operating across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Singapore.
This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and managing high-quality engineering and technical professionals across sectors including Fire & Security, Electrical Engineering, Data Centres, Project Management, and other specialist engineering disciplines.
Working directly with the business owner, you will play a key role in building talent pipelines, identifying passive candidates, managing candidate relationships, and supporting recruitment delivery across multiple technical markets.
This role is ideal for someone who possesses strong recruiter instincts, enjoys headhunting niche talent, and can confidently identify high-calibre professionals through proactive sourcing strategies rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
What You'll Be Doing
• Sourcing and identifying high-quality engineering and technical professionals across multiple specialist sectors
• Conducting proactive headhunting activities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, databases, and other sourcing platforms
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
• Engaging passive candidates through outreach via LinkedIn, email, and telephone
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Preparing and posting job advertisements across relevant recruitment channels
• Matching suitable candidates to client requirements and technical vacancies
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within Vincere CRM
• Supporting recruitment delivery across UK-focused engineering and technical markets
• Researching candidate markets, talent pools, and sourcing opportunities
• Working closely with the business owner to support recruitment growth and delivery objectives
Who We're Looking For
• Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or executive search
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing methodologies and talent mapping
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates
• Strong recruiter instincts with the ability to identify high-potential talent within niche technical markets
• Experience managing candidates through the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement support
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Confidence engaging with technical professionals, engineers, and industry specialists
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Professional, proactive, and highly organised approach to recruitment delivery
• Experience recruiting within engineering, construction, technical, infrastructure, or related sectors would be highly advantageous
• Experience using Vincere CRM or similar ATS platforms is beneficial
