As a Remote Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our Technology Clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to source and screen qualified technical candidates. Candidate Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for technical roles. Employer Branding: Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand in the Indian market. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment efforts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in India, US and Canada Market. Strong understanding of the Indian IT market and technical roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English . Ability to work independently and remotely. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. MUST HAVE A RELIABLE LAPTOP AND INTERNET Benefits Must have verifiable work experience. Must pass a criminal background check. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for niche technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science).
