Or a corporate recruiter who thrives on the thrill of the hunt? We are seeking a high-energy, proactive Technical Recruiter to function as our internal "in-house agency." In this role, you won’t just be managing a standard process—you will partner directly with our internal recruitment team to deliver top-tier, self-sourced talent. While your primary focus will be engineering, you will also flex your skills to support supply chain, maintenance, production, and corporate roles. Key Responsibilities Proactive Sourcing & Recruiting: Own the front-end talent pipeline. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing methods to uncover, engage, and qualify passive top talent. Volume Management: Efficiently manage a high volume of professional-level requisitions (25+ open roles) across multiple geographic locations. Internal Partnership: Act as a strategic sourcing partner to our internal recruiters, co-developing search strategies, target lists, and talent pipelines. Compliance & Administration: Ensure all hiring practices strictly adhere to EEO, ADA, OFCCP, and veteran hiring guidelines. Reporting: Provide regular, data-driven status updates and pipeline reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition while consistently meeting performance metrics. What You Bring to the Table (Requirements) Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agency and/or Corporate Recruiting. Niche Expertise: Extensive, proven track record of self-sourcing for complex Engineering positions. Tool Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter is a must. Capability: Strong technical understanding of business processes and manufacturing practices. Mindset: A high achievement drive, resilience, flexibility, and the ability to thrive and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.
