Location & Work Type Location: Remote, Mexico Work Type: Remote About the Role We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Technical Recruiter based in Mexico to join our growing recruiting team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and recruit top IT professionals supporting clients and hiring initiatives across the United States. This position begins with an extensive hands-on training program where you will work closely with experienced Senior Recruiters to learn STAND 8's recruiting methodology, tools, delivery processes, and market strategy. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will transition into a full-cycle recruiting role with ownership over sourcing, qualifying, and managing technical talent. Responsibilities Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruiting lifecycle, delivering a world-class candidate experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants by providing career guidance on market trends, compensation expectations, resume development, interview preparation, and emerging technologies. Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases. Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and market insights to identify and engage top technical talent. Use data-driven recruiting practices and analytics to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes. Partner closely with client solutions managers to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, timelines, and market conditions. Advise internal stakeholders and clients on talent availability, labor market trends, compensation ranges, and recruiting strategies. Maintain accurate candidate records, activity tracking, and pipeline management within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Stay current on technology trends, in-demand skill sets, and industry hiring practices within the U.S. technology market. Qualifications Required Experience & Skills 1-3 years of IT recruiting experience supporting the U.S. market Experience recruiting from Mexico for U.S.-based clients or staffing initiatives preferred Proven track record of successfully identifying and placing technical talent Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media platforms Strong Boolean search and internet sourcing skills Ability to analyze job descriptions and evaluate candidate qualifications effectively Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, or enterprise technology roles Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and modern sourcing technologies Experience working within a staffing agency or consulting environment Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills Why Join STAND 8?
