How You’ll Make a Difference In this role, you will: Own and drive a portfolio of projects in data, AI, and technology workstreams, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of projects aligned to our broader strategy Business Analysis. Drive requirements gathering, scoping, and solution definition - translating business needs into structured, deliverable programmes Facilitate workshops, chair meetings, and manage stakeholders at all levels - working between our own team, business stakeholders and technical delivery teams Oversee programme governance, reporting progress clearly to senior leadership and steering groups Lead business change activity and drive delivery through fast-paced, complex environments You’ll Be Ideal for This Role If You Have: Proven experience (7 years+) working on major technology, digital, data, or AI projects or programmes – ideally as a Technical Project Manager – can speak to technical teams confidently in helping them shape solutions or resolve issues. Business analysis experience. Leads requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact analysis to define scope and ensure delivered solutions drive measurable business value You can work autonomously with guidance and own and drive a roadmap Must be able to juggle priorities Can pick up key messaging and briefings and turn into action plans A background in Accountancy, professional services, consultancy or a fast-paced corporate environment (Desired but not essential) Strong end-to-end programme delivery and governance experience Experience leading business change alongside technology implementation Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and report effectively at senior levels Experience facilitating workshops and chairing meetings to drive decisions and progress A recognised Project Management qualification (highly desirable) We know you have a lot to offer, which is why we give you the freedom to thrive, no matter who you are or what your background is.
