Key Responsibilities Manage and administer Office 365 services and related cloud productivity tools Ensure end-user support SLAs, KPIs, and service objectives are met Administer endpoint security including vulnerability management, patching, and hardening (Windows and macOS) Lead vendor management and procurement processes for IT solutions and services Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and process documentation Provide first line support for our platform alongside the global support team Provide email security administration including encryption, spam protection, and DLP Administer and manage Windows Defender and related endpoint protection platforms Support global office locations with IT infrastructure and troubleshooting needs Demonstrate security-first implementation in all technical and process decisions Participate in compliance and audit readiness activities for SOC 2, DORA, PCI DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001 Maintain expertise in MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, ManageEngine EndpointCentral) and mobile security Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams Support and administer identity and access management via Azure Entra ID Drive IT initiatives around DLP, email encryption, endpoint hardening, and secure collaboration Ensure effective documentation using Confluence, Jira, and other internal platforms Continuously learn and support internal platforms, tools, and technologies as needed What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in IT support, security operations, or system administration roles Deep understanding of IT operations and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) Hands-on experience in email security, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and Windows/macOS administration Experience with MDM tools like Microsoft Intune, EndpointCentral, or similar Understanding of audit frameworks such as SOC 2, DORA, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001 Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude Ability to document and streamline IT policies and processes Highly proactive with a solution-driven and security-minded approach Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills Please note, candidates will need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in.
