📍 Location: Remote, São Paulo, Brazil Key Responsibilities: Develop annual marketing plans for enzyme preparations in the South American region, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and channel expansion Monitor regional market dynamics including policies, competitors, and breeding trends; adjust marketing strategies and drive execution Translate technical advantages of enzyme preparations into customer value propositions; provide product training and technical toolkits for the sales team Lead technical seminars and customer on-site events to drive customer decisions through empirical data Develop local distributors, agents, and strategic partners; establish technical enablement and joint promotion mechanisms Design channel incentive policies, track partner performance, and optimize cooperation models Collect market feedback and participate in new product planning and existing product iteration Collaborate with R&D on product localization including enzyme profile design for local feed raw materials Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition or Biological Engineering (MBA preferred) 3+ years of regional marketing experience at multinational agricultural companies (DSM, Adisseo, Novozymes, or similar) Experience leading at least 2 new product launches in in LATAM Experience working with technical service teams of large-scale breeding groups (JBS, BRF, or similar) Experience designing regional projects with annual marketing budgets Strong understanding of enzyme mechanisms and applications in ruminant and monogastric animal nutrition Ability to develop economic benefit analysis models for enzyme addition in feed formulations Familiar with rapid detection technologies for field services Proficient in GTM strategy Skilled in CRM systems for customer lifecycle management Familiar with digital marketing tools Able to create and localize technical materials in Spanish, Portuguese, and English Access to decision-makers at 5+ regional feed companies is a plus Able to communicate in English Willing to travel occasionally What We Offer: Competitive compensation package Opportunity to lead technical marketing for a global animal nutrition company
