Technical Lead Dynamics 365

We are looking for two experienced D365 Technical Leads to join a growing enterprise delivery team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, focused on designing, developing, and delivering scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions while guiding development teams and ensuring engineering best practices.

The ideal candidate has strong Dynamics 365 development experience, solid solution design skills, and the ability to work closely with architects, business analysts, and developers to turn business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of Dynamics 365 solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs
• Provide hands-on development using C#, Vue.js, PowerApps, and LogicApps
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure Cloud services
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability best practices
• Mentor developers and promote coding standards
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing D365 solutions

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 development
• Good solution design and technical leadership capabilities
• Hands-on experience with C#
• Strong Vue.js experience for front-end customization and UI development
• Experience with Power Platform, especially PowerApps and LogicApps
• Experience with Azure Cloud integrations
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide development teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Dataverse and advanced Power Platform capabilities
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Azure
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
