We are seeking a talented Technical IT Recruiter to join our growing team for supporting recruitment for our customers in North America. This is a fully remote position based in Columbia, ideal for someone who thrives in end-to-end recruitment and enjoys building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Excellence
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical IT positions in North America including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Source qualified candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone, video interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and candidate motivation
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process with timely communication and updates
Negotiate offers and manage the offer acceptance process
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate regular recruitment reports
Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices
GenAI Platform Champion
Master and maximize the use of our proprietary GenAI recruitment platform for sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
Provide regular, constructive feedback to the product, tech team on platform features, usability, and functionality
Identify gaps, bugs, or enhancement opportunities to improve the platform's effectiveness
Participate in product testing, beta feature trials, and user acceptance testing
Share best practices and innovative use cases with the team to optimize platform adoption
Collaborate with the tech team to influence product roadmap based on real-world recruiting needs
Document workflows and create suggestions for platform improvements based on daily usage
Multi-Tool Proficiency
Leverage a combination of our GenAI platform and market-standard tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, etc.) to achieve hiring goals
Demonstrate adaptability in switching between tools and platforms as needed
Compare and contrast platform capabilities to provide strategic insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
2-8 years of proven experience in technical IT recruitment
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Demonstrated customer service orientation with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Experience handling hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams professionally
Proficiency with job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed etc.) and ATS platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Tech-savvy with enthusiasm for exploring and adopting new AI-powered tools
Ability to articulate clear, actionable feedback to technical and product teams
Analytical mindset to evaluate tool effectiveness and suggest improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience recruiting for product-based companies or IT services organizations
Familiarity with technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, QA Engineers, etc.
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies
