Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical and Junior Account Manager. The Technical and Junior Account Manager will support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of hospitality technology systems such as booking engines, channel managers, PMS/CRM tools, and reporting dashboards. The role includes assisting with onboarding new hotel or tourism partners, configuring accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve problems. The person in this role will help manage a portfolio of accounts by responding to client inquiries, preparing performance reports, collecting requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve service and revenue. Daily activities also involve documenting processes, keeping client information up to date, and supporting senior account managers with presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
