Technical Account Manager (TAM) - AI Agents | Cybersecurity Location: East / Central US (Remote) The Role: We are partnering with a fast-growing AI startup building next-generation agentic AI technology transforming enterprise workflows and operations. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will serve as a key technical partner to enterprise customers, helping drive successful onboarding, product adoption, and long-term customer success. You’ll work closely with customers while collaborating internally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless experience and strong business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys customer interaction, solving complex problems, and operating in fast-paced startup environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow technical relationships with enterprise customers. Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing platform adoption. Act as a trusted advisor on agentic AI workflows and platform capabilities. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and technical requirements. Support customer retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities alongside GTM teams. Help troubleshoot technical challenges and drive successful customer outcomes. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer. Strong technical background within SaaS, AI, cloud, or enterprise technology environments. Familiarity with agentic AI technologies, automation workflows, or modern AI tooling is highly preferred. Startup experience preferred, with a builder mindset and ability to thrive in high-growth environments. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
