Job Title: Tech VA Work Hours: Part-Time (10–15 hours per week) Work Schedule: Flexible Timezone: CST/MST Rate: $5-$7 per hour DOE Job Overview Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Tech Virtual Assistant who is highly organized and comfortable working behind the scenes to support technical operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys system organization, workflow management, and data handling, particularly within tools like Asana and Google Sheets. The Tech VA will help maintain structured systems, support workflow automations, and assist the client in managing technical tasks that keep the business running smoothly. Responsibilities Asana Workflow Management Create, update, and optimize automation workflows Build and modify task templates, custom fields, and forms Maintain organized task management within Asana Communicate updates and progress directly within Asana System Documentation & SOP Support Assist in organizing and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Clean up and refine SOPs created using Scribe Follow existing SOPs to implement updates to projects or tasks Gradually assist in creating new SOP documentation when comfortable with systems Google Sheets & Data Management Work with Google Sheets and Excel to support data tracking Create formulas based on descriptions provided by the client Use AI tools when appropriate to assist with formula creation Maintain structured and accurate spreadsheets General Technical Support Handle data entry and system updates Assist with task management and system organization Support the client with other technical or operational tasks of similar complexity Requirements At least 1 year of experience to a similar role Strong working knowledge of Asana, Google Workspace, and Excel, Microsoft ecosystem Experience working with workflow automation tools Ability to follow structured systems and detailed instructions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and provide updates through project management tools Comfortable learning new systems quickly Nice to Have: Experience with ERP systems , particularly Unanet GovCon Experience using Scribe for SOP documentation
