In this role, you will be responsible for handling production activities, improving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have experience in production planning, manpower handling, process improvement, and manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily production activities in the Hobbing & IH section Coordinate with internal departments for smooth production flow Monitor production targets, dispatch schedules, rejection, and rework Handle production planning and inventory reporting Improve productivity, quality, and process efficiency Work on cost-saving and continuous improvement projects Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials Track production data and prepare performance reports Support Industry 4.0 / IIOT-based production monitoring activities Maintain quality standards and customer specifications Participate in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives Train and support machine operators when required Skills Required Knowledge of Hobbing, Induction Hardening, Tempering & SPM Understanding of Production Planning and Manufacturing Processes Good communication and teamwork skills Problem-solving and time management abilities Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Experience in manpower handling and shop floor coordination Knowledge of QMS / IATF 16949 standards preferred Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry Hands-on exposure to production monitoring and analysis Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Candidate with improvement mindset and leadership qualities preferred Why Join Us?
