Get a glimpse of our world As Team Lead Portfolio Management, you’ll be part of our team in the Netherlands, leading a team of three and working closely with colleagues across Europe - especially in Copenhagen. You’ll manage and develop our Dutch pharmaceutical (parallel import) portfolio – balancing demand, supply, pricing and risk to ensure strong performance. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Business Development, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance. Your responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a team of three, with real ownership and influence on how the team operates and grows Take ownership of the Dutch portfolio (pricing, inventory, performance) Manage portfolio risk and drive performance based on data Identify new product and licensing opportunities Analyze market trends, legislation and competitor activity Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on strategy Advise on purchasing decisions Ensure a smooth end-to-end flow from purchasing to delivery and invoicing Your profile 3–5 years of experience in portfolio management, trading, supply chain or similar Initial leadership experience or strong potential Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data Experience with Excel and ideally Power BI Fluent in English Commercial mindset and understanding of market dynamics Experience in pharmaceutical trading or parallel import is a plus What we offer A role with real ownership and impact on business performance The opportunity to combine leadership and hands-on responsibility A dynamic and international environment with close cross-functional collaboration Flexible working hours (full-time, 40 hours per week) and a hybrid setup 30 days of annual leave (based on a full-time contract) Competitive salary with a company performance-based bonus Commuting support (e.g. travel allowance or public transport card) Support for working from home Pension scheme through a.s.r.
